What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing and managing demand generation strategy to business prospects and customers, working with the account service teams. You will be accountable to create new sales opportunities within Global 1000 accounts. Your experience and background will apply to a broad range of activities including, but not exclusive to, large business-to-business enterprise demand generation strategy, communication management and copywriting, email marketing, lead nurturing, paid media, direct mail, event marketing, customizing collateral, and sales enablement is required.  A few specific accountabilities include:

  • Translate business objectives and sales activities into an operational, agile enterprise demand generation plan
  • Own communication planning – including some copywriting – to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage all online (i.e., digital, email campaigns) and offline (i.e., events, direct mail) initiatives targeting strategic enterprise accounts
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create emails, landing pages, and marketing offers, such as videos, infographics, and white papers to support enterprise demand generation activities
  • Creating, executing and reporting on a robust testing process including quantitative and qualitative research; and competitive analysis as required

This position reports to our Client Partner Director and is located at our headquarters in Bellevue, WA.


How will we know you are right for the role?

  • We will want you to have some experience –
    • 3-5 years of marketing campaigns and social media experience with a strong focus on analytics
    • Proven B2B Marketing success
    • Marketing a Service vs. a Product
    • Technical applications such as SharePoint, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media channels like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • We will look for your clear and concise communication skills, both for internal and external
    • A sample of previous marketing copy is required prior to interviews
  • You will be able to apply your understanding of Service Design and Experience Design to inform marketing strategies
  • We want to tap your creativity and make sure you are persistent in your approach
  • Your storytelling experience will create relatable linkage between customer pain and company branding
  • You have solid education with an MBA strongly preferred
