Who Are We?

We’re a team of passionate, innovative consultants who combine human-centered design, digital technologies, and analytics to deliver transformative solutions to the enterprise. We partner with our clients to challenge the status quo and accelerate value creation. Currently in our ninth year of operation, we are making investments to bring on board talent who will help us scale the success we’ve realized thus far by sustainably growing into new markets, industries, and technologies. Unlike other firms, Blulink connects people, data, and technology to unlock human potential and the intelligent enterprise.

So, what’s it like to work here?

We are a people business, so as you can guess the experience you’d have working here is largely shaped by the smart, resourceful, creative individuals who show up every day. It’s common to find teams tucked away in every corner, dry erase markers in hand puzzling through any number of challenges. Sometimes, you might also find yourself in a bit of Nerf TM cross-fire so look sharp. Most impressively, our employees are invested in one another and the future of Blulink. Yes – we are a small company and all the hard work that that implies such as being unfazed by a fast pace, managing through ambiguity, and embracing the multiple hats we are all asked to wear – but at the end of the day we believe in what we’re doing and are committed to the journey.

What will I be doing?

The Recruiting position at Blulink is a unique opportunity for you to transform and drive our talent acquisition processes end to end. You won’t be starting from scratch, but today our efforts are limited to active job seekers and employee referrals – we need your experience to navigate talent markets, identify and proactively engage great people, and turn a passive lead into an eager candidate. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment (identifying hiring needs, sourcing, screening, office visits, reference checks, offers
  • Maintain high quality candidate data and recruiting process workflows utilizing an applicant tracking system

  • Mature the quality, effectiveness, and consistency of job descriptions, screening and interviewing techniques, the candidate experience, etc.
  • Building (and executing) a plan which promotes Blulink within prospective talent communities, recruiting conferences, events, etc., and leverages social media to advance hiring efforts
  • Manage a recruiting budget and achieve the greatest ROI for employer services, applicant tracking software, market compensation data, etc.

But, we mentioned that this opportunity is unique. Your skills will not only help us secure talent to join our company, but also to help us expand our workforce in other ways:

  • Cultivate relationships with professional staffing firms and independent contractors allowing us to quickly respond to unexpected changes in customer demand, pre-negotiate rates, and ensure that our high standards are uncompromised
  • Establish an internship program connecting your observed needs within the business with eager, less experienced talent or students

Still not convinced this isn’t just your typical recruiting position? As our Recruiter, you are uniquely qualified and well positioned to understand the elements of what satisfies and motivates our employees. Your energy and passion will also focus on our entire employee community by:

  • Conducting employee pulse surveys to gauge variables impacting company culture, climate, and satisfaction
  • Driving employee retention & satisfaction efforts such as recognition, compensation, morale, etc.
  • Helping Blulink to ensure our recruiting efforts as well as our employees embrace diversity & inclusion

This opportunity is well timed to get your foot in the door early and shape the growth of our company. If you think you can wear all these hats and keep up, you’ll no doubt make an impact and reap the rewards that come along with a growth stage company.
